No matter how good or how bad will is Halo ODST, it will sell because it's Halo. It probably wont sell as much as Halo 3, because for now Microsoft was pretty quiet with Halo ODST marketing, but it will certainly sell more than common good games. Certainly around 4-5 millions (my real name is Mickael Patcher).

Yes, a game with so much aliasing, clipping, framerate drop and average animations (good for "zomfg i'm falling", bad for cut-scenes) and uninteresting level-design cannot be considered as having "good" graphics.
